Our High-Functioning Boards program addresses these issues by focusing on clarifying the board’s purpose, defining roles and responsibilities, and developing a robust strategic plan for the organization.

Beginning with a series of  interviews with key stakeholders, we create a customized training program. This program is designed to develop a shared understanding of the board’s role, improve internal and external communication, reduce conflict, and create better alignment throughout the organization while protecting stakeholders.

● The program typically involves a minimum of 38.5 hours of direct consultation and results in a strong foundation for future decision-making. This process routinely takes longer and we are committed to working until the job is done and done right.
